Financial Arrangements:

Payment is expected at the time of services. We offer flexible payment options to make the dentistry you need affordable. Verbal and written estimates of all your treatment options will be provided, and we bill all insurance companies as a courtesy. Please feel free to discuss any questions regarding your dental treatment, fees, account balances, or insurance with our office administrator. We will make every effort to accommodate your needs.

If you owe a balance after insurance or don’t have insurance, we also offer interest-free payment plans for 12 months through CareCredit.

Insurance:

We will bill most traditional insurance plans, as long as your insurance allows you to choose your own dentist. We will complete and file insurance claims for your reimbursement as a courtesy to you; please check with your employer/insurance company for verification of your coverage and benefits. We do not accept any health management organization (HMO) plans. We are a premier Delta Dental provider, non-PPO.
